As a Senior MarTech Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing advanced marketing technology solutions. You will work closely with our team of marketers, developers, and data analysts to develop and implement innovative MarTech strategies for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying technical requirements and creating detailed technical specifications for MarTech projects.

• Developing and implementing custom marketing technology solutions, such as CRM integrations, marketing automation systems, data management platforms, tag management, and website analytics tools.

• Optimizing and maintaining existing MarTech systems and resolving technical issues.

• Guiding and mentoring junior MarTech Engineers and contributing to their growth.

Does the above sound like something for you? Great! You'll make us happy if you bring the following:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a digital marketing environment.

• Extensive knowledge of marketing technologies, such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, tag management, data management platforms, and website analytics tools.

• Experience in developing and implementing custom technical solutions using programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, Python, and frameworks like Node.js.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

• Experience with project management methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices.

• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

• Fluent in English.
